British studio Headware Games presented a third-person horror with survival elements Hollowbody. The team went to the Kickstarter crowdfunding site to collect £15,000 for development.
With a favorable outcome, the project will be released on a PC in the Steam, Epic Games Store and Gog in the first quarter of 2024.
The duration of the Hollowbody will be just two to three hours, similar to the previous creation of the company "horror in the style of games for PSone" Chasing Static.
However, Headware Games can increase the duration of the passage if the amount collected is significantly out of bounds. The Hollowbody action takes place in the near future.
During the delivery of the cargo, the main character Mika crashes on a hoverbike in a long-abandoned city.
Having been alone in the middle of an exclusion zone, the girl should fight through local inhabitants, competently dispose of the found resources and solve puzzles to get out.
Developer Nathan Hamley was inspired by classic horror from the 2000s, including second and third Silent Hill, as well as Kuon and Rule of Rose. You can see the trailer of the game below.
