Japanese bummer: Capcom did not announce Dragon's Dogma 2

Many fans of Dragon's Dogma had high hopes for the presentation of Capcom Showcase 2022. They hoped that the Japanese publisher would announce the sequel as part of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the game's release. 

However, Dragon's Dogma director Hideaki Itsuno destroyed expectations. In his speech, he only reminded that Netflix and Capcom are working on an anime based on the game. 

A consolation prize can be called the announcement of a video broadcast, which is timed to coincide with the anniversary of Dragon's Dogma. It will be shown on June 16-17 on YouTube, and disappointed fans are already building theories that there will be an announcement of the long-awaited second part.
