Jessica Martinez becomes First Vice President of Culture at Activision Blizzard

Jessica Martinez, who has worked at Disney for over 14 years, has become Activision Blizzard's first VP of Culture.

In the new position, she will be responsible for communications between departments, improve the working atmosphere and, obviously, ensure that employees do not face harassment, gender discrimination, and so on in the future.

Obviously, the appointment of Martinez to the position is intended to reassure the public, because not all court cases against the company have been completed.
