Legacy of Thieves Collection for PS5 Receives VRR and 40 FPS Patch

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection for PlayStation 5 has a fresh update.

Sony did not publish the patchout with a detailed list of changes, but as the Twitter account Naughty Dog Central noticed, the new update added to the remasters Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy for PS5 support variable update rate (VRR).

The WCCFtech portal checked whether the unlocked frame rate option was already available in the collection settings before it was updated to the latest version and, as it turned out, not — this feature was only available now.

002 players with 120 Hz compatible TVs or monitors will be able to enable the "Unlocked Framerate" option, which will allow playing at 90-100 FPS in performance mode and 40 FPS in quality mode.

Without VRR, the frame rate is limited to 60 and 30 FPS in both cases, respectively.

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection is available on PlayStation 5 since January this year and should soon reach the PC.

According to rumors, the collection will be released in the Epic Games Store and Steam on October 19.
