New DOOM 4 footage available online

On the YouTube channel NoClip released a 12-minute documentary video about DOOM with new footage of the canceled shooter DOOM 4 from id Software, whose short gameplay footage along with concept art previously surfaced on the network.

DOOM 4 was originally intended to be moved to Earth, and the developers were inspired by the Call of Duty series and the game Rage.

According to the developers, the reason for canceling the development of the fourth part and creating a full restart of 2016 was the lack of individuality and strong similarity with the then military shooters, including Call of Duty. 

After a successful restart of the 2016 series, his direct sequel, DOOM Eternal , was released on all relevant platforms.
