Sony Interactive Entertainment opened a special page for the DualSense Edge on the PlayStation website, revealing the configuration of the new controller.
Together with the gamepad, customers will receive a braided USB cable, a protective carrying case, three pairs of fungi of different shapes (flat, depressed and cone-shaped), as well as two sets of petals (half-dome and lever) and a retainer for connecting the charging cable.
The gamepad was announced at the Gamesсom: Opening Night Live 2022 presentation and is an advanced version of conventional DualSense with reassignable buttons, adjustable trigger stroke, dead zone and stick sensitivity adjustment, replaceable fungi, as well as joystick modules in their entirety, additional petals on the back panel and a selection of profiles with personalized settings.
Replaceable stick blocks will be sold separately. The cost and release date of DualSense Edge is not yet known.
