On February 24, the Japanese role-playing game Octopath Traveler II is released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC.
On the eve of the release, the publisher Square Enix released a review trailer in which he talked about the features of the upcoming sequel.
Like its predecessor, Octopath Traveler II is presented in the "HD-2D" format — the corporate style of Japanese developers, reminding fans of the generation of 16-bit platforms.
It combines sprite characters with three-dimensional backdrops. Recently, a prologue was released in digital stores, including eight unique characters and about three hours of gameplay.
