System requirements Return to Monkey Island: players will not need an expensive graphics card

On September 19, the Return to Monkey Island adventure will be released on Nintendo Switch, Mac and PC. Steam already has a page with recommended system requirements.

A quad-core AMD FX-4300 or dual-core Intel Core i3-3240, as well as Radeon HD 7750 graphics cards with 1 GB or its equivalent GeForce GT 640 with 2 GB of memory are claimed among the minimum.

As you can see, the requirements are quite sparing. It is a pleasure that players will not need to cash out for the expensive NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti, which can cost around $1,500.

Even the built-in graphics accelerator is probably suitable for running Return to Monkey Island. Nowadays, this sounds wild, but many indie developers practice this.

For example, it was recently revealed that No Man's Sky will no longer require a separate graphics card.
