The creators of Death loop from Arkane Lyon are making a more ambitious game than Redfall from Arkane Austin

Critics and ordinary players did not like Redfall at all. Now that the game has already been released, a rumor about its development has appeared on the network.

The story allegedly comes from an employee of a French retailer.

For context, Arkane Studios is divided into two internal teams: Arkane Lyon, who was responsible for the Dishonored series and made Deathloop, and Arkane Austin, who worked on Prey 2017 and the newly released Redfall.

Returning to the rumor, it claims that no one had pinned hopes on Redfall from the very beginning, and Microsoft allegedly just wanted to send the game to release as soon as possible.

Moreover, according to this source, Arcane Lyon is currently working on a new project that will be much more ambitious than Redfall.

Since the Arkane Lyon and Arkane Austin teams usually alternate releases of their games, it is logical to assume that the next release will be from Arkane Lyon, but so far this is just guesswork.

The studio has not yet announced what it has done after the release of Deathloop.
