The creators of God of War are working on a new game for PS5

The head of PlayStation Studios, Herman Hulst, announced that he had paid a working visit to the Sony Santa Monica studio.

He shared photos from the studio, and also said that he was able to see what the team is doing now, and was impressed by what he saw. "Thank you @SonySantaMonica for inviting me.

I am completely inspired by everything I saw today."

Sony Santa Monica's latest project, God of War: Ragnarök, was released in November last year, but there has been a second team in the studio for several years now, which, after the release of God of War 2018, was led by Corey Barlog to develop a new IP.

Apparently, Hulst has already seen the new game, but it is not yet known when its announcement will take place.

According to rumors, the presentation of the PlayStation Showcase 2023 will take place at the end of this month.
