The chairman of the Federation Council committee on constitutional legislation, Andrei Klishas, did not rule out that Russia may introduce a ban on VPN services.

According to Alexander Hinstein, chairman of the Duma Committee on Information Policy, Technology and Communications, about 20 popular VPN services have already been blocked by Roskomnadzor in Russia.
