Total sales of Devil May Cry 5 now exceed 5 million copies

Capcom announced that Devil May Cry 5's total worldwide sales (both retail and digital) now exceed 5 million copies. And the company is very grateful to the players for their support.

Recall that the game about demon hunters was released just over three years ago, in March 2019, on PS4, Xbox One and PC, and by the end of August of the same year, the circulation of the action exceeded 2.5 million copies.

By the beginning of 2020, it had increased by another million, and in November of the same year, Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition was released for the Xbox Series and PS5, where Vergil was added to Dante, Nero and V as a playable character.
