Amazon is going to change its content monetization policy to Twitch in order to increase revenue from the site. Bloomberg sources report that the situation will change by the summer of this year, when payouts to content creators will be reviewed.

The innovations are designed to stimulate streamers to produce more ads, from which the authors will receive interest payments. At the same time, Amazon will reduce the revenue of leading streamers from paid subscriptions from 70 to 50%.

The company is also considering the introduction of multiple levels of monetization with different privileges required to meet certain requirements. In general, these changes are designed to increase Twitch's revenue, although this can happen at the expense of the most active users in the community.

Previously, Twitch was accused of "double standards" for sexist headlines against men.
