Xbox Series X|S owners expect a good year on exclusives 2023 — Microsoft prepares sequels of hits and new IP

According to the well-known insider Jeff Grubb, in 2021-2022, Microsoft's plans for 2023 included the release of nine exclusives for the Xbox Series X|S and PC.

The line features Fable from Playground Games, Perfect Dark from The Initiative and Avowed from Obsidian Entertainment.

However, after a relatively empty 2022, Xbox users should wait for a good 2023, says Grubb.

He believes that the expected Starfield, Redfall and Forza Motorsport will be joined by Hellblade 2, the new game InXile Entertainment, the new game Compulsion Games and the new game from the creators of Gears of War.

The last three are new IPs. "Everwild will definitely miss 2023," Grubb said.

Microsoft plans to increase the number of games from its internal studios over time. They will all debut at once in the Xbox Game Pass subscription.
