Found directors for the film adaptation of Street Fighter

Legendary Pictures is negotiating with the duet of Australian directors Danny Philip and Michael Filippa - they should engage in the installation of a full -length film based on the cult series of the Street Fighter fighting.

The portfolio of the directors has a horror film “Two, Three, Demon, Come!”, Which caused a stir after the premiere at the Sandance Film Festival.

Street Fighter is one of the longest playing gaming franchises. The first part of the series was published back in 1987.

Earlier, Hollywood has already taken steps to transfer Street Fighter to large screens, but they all ended in failure.

Meanwhile, Street Fighter VI will be released on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S and PC in 2023.
