Posing for a scan: Hideo Kojima showed photos with Elle Fanning from his studio

Yesterday Kojima Productions confirmed the participation of "Maleficent" and "Neon Demon" star Elle Fanning in their new game.

For the first time, the involvement of the actress in Hideo Kojima's next project was discussed back in September, after the studio showed the first teaser poster with a darkened silhouette of a female face.

Some saw Fanning in him and were right.

Now that the secret has been officially revealed, Kojima has posted on his English-language Twitter page a couple of photos with Elle Fanning posing in the 3D scanning process.

One of the photos focuses on the hands, which once again may hint at Fanning's participation in the Death Stranding sequel for PlayStation 5.

It is not yet known when Hideo Kojima will fully reveal his new game, but according to rumors, the announcement may take place at The Game Awards 2022 ceremony in December.
