A hidden message was found in the trailer of the horror Silent Hill Townfall

Annapurna Interactive and No Code studio have taken up Silent Hill and are now preparing a new game in the series with the subtitle Townfall.

Although the first teaser did not reveal many details, attentive fans discovered that the video contains a secret that they managed to unravel.

Users extracted an audio track from the trailer, converted it into an MP3 file and ran it through a spectrograph, detecting a hidden message at about 52 seconds.

The message reads: "Whatever the heart of this city was, now it has stopped beating." How important it is for the narrative is unclear at the moment.

Little is known about the game at the moment, except that the authors create the project with respect to the original source, but at the same time they are going to bring something completely new to the franchise.

Prior to that, No Code was noted for the sci-fi thriller Observation and the episodic horror film Stories Untold. The release date and platforms of Silent Hill: Town fall are also unknown yet.
