One of these details is connected with the most creepy creatures called Regenerators, which can be found for the first time in the laboratory on the island.

We are talking about a location where Leon needs to turn on the power for further advancement.

There is a Regenerator in the room next to the switch behind the glass, which lies with its eyes closed, but after Leon pulls the power lever, when examining the creature, you can notice that its eyes are already open, and the creepy gaze is directed directly at the protagonist.

The first frightening detail was discovered by YouTuber Dan Allen Gaming, and later it was noticed by a Reddit user who posted a screenshot with a visual comparison of the difference in the Regenerator's eyes — when he lies with the power on and off in one of the laboratory rooms.
