Capcom has released the first major update for the multiplayer action Resident Evil Re:Verse. The update adds a new battle arena, a new playable character and new skins.
The new level was the village section from Resident Evil: Village, centered around the statue of the Virgin of War.
The location includes many open areas, as well as places with a large number of shelters.
The roster of game characters was replenished by BSAA operative Emily Berkhoff with the call sign "Tundra" from Resident Evil: Village.
Burkhoff is described as a highly technical character and a specialist in poisons and viruses. In battles, she first confuses her opponents and then delivers a crushing attack.
Together with the update in the in-game store Re:Verse two new looks have appeared for Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine based on Resident Evil 5, and a Deluxe Premium Pass has also gone on sale, which features skins for Leon, Ada and additional rewards for Battle Pass trials.
Resident Evil Re:Verse is available for free when purchasing Resident Evil: Village.
