In October 2021, Feral Interactive studio announced ports of two Tomb Raider spin-offs for Switch.

We are talking about Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light and Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, which were supposed to appear on the Nintendo hybrid console in 2022, but the promised release never followed.

Now the team has contacted the players and announced the postponement of both games to 2023.

The developers again did not name more precise release dates, saying that they are looking forward to the opportunity to reveal more details, but this will happen in the new year.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light and Temple of Osiris were originally released back in 2010 and 2014, respectively.

Both projects offer elements of action-adventure with platforming and puzzles familiar from the series, but differ in an isometric camera and are focused on joint passage.

The first part tells about the adventures of Lara Croft in the impenetrable jungles of Central America in the company of the ancient Mayan warrior Totek, while the second unfolds already in the deserts of Egypt, and the companions of the heroine are archaeologist Carter Bell, the goddess Isis and the god of Mountains.

In addition to the Guardian of Light and Temple of Osiris ports, a full-fledged new part of the series from Crystal Dynamics and Amazon Games is also in development.
