Microsoft introduced a new minimalist home screen for Xbox console

Microsoft has shown a new home screen for the Xbox console, which will become available to participants of the Xbox pre-evaluation program in Alpha Skip-Ahead and Alpha rings this week.

In the processed version of the interface, the size of the upper row of tiles was reduced, and the blocks themselves were shifted down, due to which much more free space for wallpaper appeared on the screen.

The updated dashboard will also receive a new quick access menu in the center in the upper part of the screen, which allows you to navigate the library, Microsoft Store, Xbox Game Pass, search and settings.

Another innovation will be the function of adaptive backgrounds, by default, automatically changing the image of the wallpaper in accordance with the games in the tiles on which the cursor is introduced, and in the tile that opens the section "My Games and Applications" (the first in the second row), various updates will now be shown From a library or store, for example, a product from a list of desires that received a discount.

When the public release of the new home screen will be held, it is still unknown.
