Matt Reeves' film "Batman" with Robert Pattinson showed good results on the premiere day on the streaming service HBO Max, where it became available to subscribers from April 18.

According to Samba TV, at least the first five minutes of the feed were watched by 720,000 American households with smart TVs on the first day of release.

The same method was previously used to measure the number of viewers of other DC films on streaming. In comparison, over the Christmas weekend of 2020, Wonder Woman 1984 saw 2.2 million households, Zack Snyder's Justice League saw 1.8 million households in its first four days in March 2021, and Suicide Squad James Gunn - 2.8 million households on the premiere weekend last summer.

"Batman" was released on March 4 and lasted 45 days in cinemas, raising $752 million worldwide and becoming this year's most box office film.

On May 24, the film comedy will be released on CDs.
