Studio The Game Bakers announced the imminent release of the downloadable addition Onnamusha to the samurai action movie Furi. This stylish slasher was released in 2016, and since then the developers have managed to create the space adventure Haven.
Onnamusha releases May 17 for PC, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. The add-on will not be released on the Xbox, and the developers apologized for this, explaining that The Game Bakers is a small independent studio and did not have the resources and budget for this port. Moreover, the game has never been very popular on Xbox consoles.
The Onnamusha DLC introduces a new fighter to Furi fans, Onna-bugeisha. He wields new skills, including the devastating Finest Hour, and is able to transition from a stance with quick strikes and dodges to a deadlier but slower stance.
