NetherRealm Studios employee reveals the existence of Mortal Kombat 12 - waiting for the announcement

Mortal Kombat 12 has been leaked by producer NetherRealm Studios , and it looks like it was done on purpose.

Jonathan Andersen , senior production manager, tweeted a photo of his desktop. The picture shows printouts of illustrations from Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat II and Injustice 2, but on the monitor in the corner of the photo, users noticed something more interesting, namely a part of the file called "MK12_Mast".

Already about ten minutes after the publication, Andersen deleted the post, but there is an opinion that the photo could have been taken on purpose and is a kind of fan trolling .

The fact is that the monitor also shows part of an allegedly internal letter indicating some kind of confidential Andersen not to share parts of the video with anyone and that fans are actively scouring the Internet for any traces, adding at the end: "Be especially careful with this material."

It is officially known that NetherRealm is already working on its next project. The studio does not specify if the secret game is related to Mortal Kombat or Injustice , but insiders are sure that this will be a new part of "Mortal Kombat".
