Rumor: Electronic Arts wants to sell or join Disney, Apple or Amazon

According to rumors, the parties discussed the option in which Comcast would receive a majority of the shares in the new company formed by the merger of NBC Universal and Electronic Arts, and would be headed by the current head of EA, Andrew Wilson. However, the negotiators failed to reach an agreement on the cost of the transaction and the future structure of the company.

Puck News reports that Electronic Arts has previously been in talks to sell or merge with Disney, Apple, Amazon and other major players.
