Two videos appeared on the official PlayStation YouTube channel in which Sony employees disassemble the PlayStation VR2 helmet and PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers.
In the videos, engineers dwell on each question in more detail and describe the purpose of all the details. Special devices were needed to open the headset.
Inside the device there is a cooling fan and a large number of sensors. The cooling system is placed in the center, while the other components are located on the sides for symmetry.
The controller resembles a DualSense of a non-standard shape. PlayStation VR2 Sense is also equipped with adaptive triggers, and inside there are miniature motors for improved vibration.
The PlayStation VR2 helmet and controllers for it will be released on February 22.
