At CinemaCon, producers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller announced that Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 2 will be several times bigger than its predecessor.

In particular, 40 characters were involved in the original picture - there will be 240 of them in the sequel, and as many as 6 worlds. Also, according to the producers, the largest team in the history of animated films is working on the tape.

In addition, as Kanobu adds, those present at the event were shown the first 15 minutes of the future picture, but the video was not posted in public access - at least not yet.

It also became known that the third part will be called Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse or literally "Spider-Man: Beyond the Multiverse." However, if the premiere in Russia takes place, then, most likely, the picture will be called "Spider-Man: Through the Universes 3".

Recall that the release of "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 2" was recently postponed from 2022 to 2023. The tape and its sequel will be released on June 2, 2023 and March 29, 2024, respectively.
