The best-selling games of October in the PlayStation Store were the new parts of Call of Duty and FIFA

Despite the fact that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II was released at the end of October, the new Activision shooter at the end of last month became one of the best-selling games in the PlayStation Store, Sony confirmed.

The project took the first place in all charts except one.

The list of the most downloaded PlayStation 4 games in the European region was topped by the new FIFA, while Modern Warfare II was the second.

Gotham Knights also ranked high in the October lists, becoming the second most downloaded game of the month in North America on PlayStation 5 and the third in a similar chart for Europe.

Of the other novelties in October, there was A Plague Tale: Requiem, however, against the background of more high-profile releases, the Asobo Studio game was not so high, starting from tenth place in North America and seventh in Europe.

The shareware games chart in both regions was topped by Overwatch 2.

The top three also included Fortnite and The Sims 4, which switched to the F2P model after the announcement of the next part of the series.
