A remake of the Japanese role-playing game Persona 3 may be announced as part of the upcoming Xbox presentation.
According to an insider Im A Hero Too from the ResetEra forum, Persona 3 Remake will officially appear for the first time at the Xbox Games Showcase 2023, which starts on June 11, which is quite unexpected, given the long-standing partnership of Atlus and the Persona series with PlayStation.
Earlier, the same insider stated that the remake of the third "Persona" and the full-fledged sixth part are already far advanced in development and will be presented this summer.
Perhaps the premieres of the projects will be divided into two events — Persona 3 Remake will be shown together with Microsoft, and Persona 6 at the big PlayStation Showcase presentation announced yesterday.
Rumors about a remake of Persona 3 began to circulate in the spring of last year, and in April, the first alleged gameplay footage of the game leaked to the network.
