An alpha version of Horizon Forbidden West has appeared on the web

Source code leaks don't think to end.

This time it concerned not only classic games like Rayman 4, Duke Nukem Forever of 1996 and Mortal Kombat 2, but modern Horizon Forbidden West, the alpha version of which was posted online.

The developers from Guerrilla Games do not report how the leak occurred, but the assembly was clearly sent to testers who worked remotely during the pandemic.

This alpha version of Horizon Forbidden West was released for PlayStation 4. The craftsmen were able to access it and looked at the debugging menu used by the testers.

Interestingly, enthusiasts who had time to dig into the assembly code found information about network functions in the debugging data.

However, it is not yet known whether there is a multiplayer mode in the test version of Horizon Forbidden West. Sony has not yet responded to the leak.
