Xbox-exclusive Project Dragon from the authors of Hitman will be from a third person

Xbox-exclusive Project Dragon from the creators of Hitman, apparently, will be a game with a third-person view.

This is hinted at by the vacancy of a senior combat system designer that appeared on the IO Interactive website, who, in close cooperation with animators, gameplay programmers and other specialists, will have to work on prototyping and implementing action mechanics, including weapons, abilities and interaction with enemies.

The person selected for this position will also be responsible for the design of the game camera, therefore, appropriate work experience is required from him and, what is emphasized separately, a deep understanding of third-person combat mechanics.

Officially, all that is known about Project Dragon is that with this title IO Interactive "embarks on a new journey for itself - the world of multiplayer games," and the project itself should determine the future of the studio and its interaction with players for many years to come.

According to Windows Central and Eurogamer, Project Dragon is a major fantasy RPG with dragons, a medieval world, multiplayer with dedicated servers and years of support.
